Eye Catcher Creations is a home based business in Fredericton run by Cindy Pickard. What Cindy does is she makes a wide variety of merchandise from aminly recycled materials. From broaches made of old keys to wind chimes made of old silver cutlery, but mainly the cutest teddy bears made from recycled fur coats.
